Privacy Policy
Version dated October 10, 2026. This policy explains what personal data American Mobile Proxies holds about you and why. Many of our customers are outside the United States and pay in crypto; we have written this page with them in mind. The short version: we keep what we need to run your account and bill you, we do not read or store the contents of your traffic, and we do not sell data to anyone. The site is available in 简体中文 and Tiếng Việt; the English text of this policy is the binding one.
When you create an account
Registration needs an email address and a password. A name and a company name are optional. The password is stored as a salted hash and we cannot read it. We record the time and the IP address of each sign-in so that you and we can spot a sign-in that was not you. The sign-up form uses reCAPTCHA to stop automated registrations; Google receives the usual reCAPTCHA signals when you use it. The dashboard sets one session cookie to keep you signed in and one cookie to remember your language choice.
When you pay
What we keep depends on how you pay. For USDT TRC-20 and other crypto we keep the deposit address we gave you, the transaction hash, the amount and the time; we do not know who owns the sending wallet unless you tell us. For cards and PayPal the payment provider handles the card or account details and we keep only a reference, the last digits where the provider shows them, the amount and the time. For Zelle and wire we keep the sender name and the reference that appears on our bank statement. We keep payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is longer than the life of the account.
When you use a line
We do not log, store or inspect the content of your traffic or the websites you visit. What our systems record is operating metadata: when a session started and ended, how many bytes passed through the line, which client IP addresses connected to the proxy, and when the public address rotated. We use this to keep the service running, to bill correctly, to apply the fair use rule on bulk transfer, to answer abuse complaints about an address, and to repair a fault. A person looks at this metadata only when there is a reason: a support ticket, a complaint, a billing question or a fault. It is kept for a short period and then deleted.
The website
The public website does not run third-party analytics and does not set tracking cookies. If you use the IP checker or the proxy checker on the site, the address you enter is sent to public lookup services to produce the result and is not stored by us.
Telegram
You may link your account to our Telegram bot @AmericanMobileProxiesBot to receive notices and talk to support. When you do, we store your Telegram user ID and the messages exchanged with the bot, so that support can see the history when you return. Telegram is optional; email provides the same service.
Who else sees your data
We never sell personal data. We share it only where the service cannot work without it: a payment provider to process a card or PayPal payment, an email provider to send notices, and our hosting provider that runs the dashboard. We disclose data to authorities only when a valid legal request requires it, and only the data that request covers. Carriers receive the traffic that passes through the SIM, as they do for any phone, but they do not receive your account details from us.
How long we keep it
Account records live as long as the account. Payment records live as long as the law requires. Line metadata lives for a short operating period, then it is deleted. Telegram history is deleted when the account is deleted. Sign-in logs are kept for a limited time for security and then removed.
Your rights
Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account to see the data we hold, to correct it, to receive a copy, or to have it deleted. We answer within a reasonable time and we tell you if a record must be kept for a legal reason. You may write in Chinese or Vietnamese; we will reply in English and do our best to be clear.
Children and changes
The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete such data if we learn of it. We may update this policy; the new version appears on this page with a new date.
Questions
Do you see which websites I visit through the line?
No. We do not log destinations or content. We keep only session times, byte counts, the client addresses that connected and rotation times.
Can I pay without giving my name?
Yes. A crypto payment needs only the transaction; an account needs only an email and a password.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support from the address on the account and ask. Payment records must stay for the period the law requires; everything else is removed.
