Refund Policy
Version dated October 10, 2026. This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It explains when you get money back, how much, and where it goes. We keep it simple because our customers pay from many countries and in many ways, and a refund that is clear is a refund that arrives. If your case is not covered here, write to [email protected] and a person will decide with you.
Full refund in the first 24 hours
If you cancel a plan within 24 hours of its activation, you receive the full price back. You do not need a reason. A wrong city, a wrong carrier, a website that did not behave as you hoped, a project that was cancelled: all of these are fine. Cancel from the dashboard or ask support; the time of the cancellation is what counts.
Prorated credit after that
After the first 24 hours you may still cancel at any time, and the unused part of the plan comes back as credit. The amount is in proportion to the days left. Cancel a monthly plan with 15 days left and about half the price returns; cancel with 6 days left and about a fifth returns. The days you used are charged in full, because the SIM was reserved for you during them. How much data you used does not change the amount.
Where the money goes
Refunds are paid as credit to your account balance. The credit appears at once and can be spent on a new line, a move to a 5G line, or a renewal. If you would rather have the money back in your own wallet or account, ask for that in the refund request within the first 24 hours of the plan, and we send it the same way you paid. For crypto we send to the address you give us, on the same network you paid on, minus the network fee. For cards and PayPal the provider reverses the payment and its own timing applies. For Zelle and wire we return the money to the sending account. Wallet refunds requested after the first 24 hours are handled as balance credit.
Crypto payments and mistakes
USDT TRC-20 is the payment method most of our customers use. A refund of a USDT payment is sent as USDT on TRON to the address you give in the request. If you sent the wrong coin or used the wrong network by mistake, tell support at once with the transaction hash; some of these payments can be recovered and credited for a fee, and some cannot. A deposit that arrived short of the checkout amount is credited to your balance at the amount received.
Downtime that was our fault
If a line is unusable because of our hardware or our network, we add the lost time to the plan. We usually do this without being asked. If you think a period was missed, write to support with the dates and we will add it. Carrier outages and slow radio conditions are outside our control and are not refunded, but we will move you to another device or city at no charge if that helps.
Renewals you did not want
A renewal is a new plan and gets the same 24-hour rule. If auto-renew charged you and you did not want it, tell us within 24 hours of the charge and the full amount returns as credit, or to your wallet on request. After 24 hours the unused days are credited as for any other cancellation. You can switch auto-renew off for any line in the dashboard at any time.
What is not refunded
The hourly test is not refundable; it exists so that you can try a line for a few dollars before buying a day or more. Days already used are not refunded. A line that was forfeited for late payment under the Terms is not refunded. A line closed because of fraud, abuse or a breach of the Terms is not refunded. Fees charged by a crypto network, a card provider or a bank are not refunded. Nothing is refunded for a website blocking or limiting you; the line gives you a real American carrier address, not a promise about any website.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] or to @AmericanMobileProxiesBot on Telegram. Tell us the line or the order, whether you want credit or a wallet refund, and for crypto the address to send to. We reply within 24 hours and wallet refunds leave within 24 hours of approval. You may write in Chinese or Vietnamese.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before you ask your bank or PayPal to reverse a payment. We resolve almost everything faster than a dispute does. A chargeback or dispute puts the account on hold until it is closed. If you think we decided a refund wrongly, reply in the same support thread and ask for a second review by another person.
Questions
I paid in USDT. How do I get a refund?
Ask within 24 hours of activation and give a TRC-20 address; we send USDT on TRON minus the network fee. Later refunds go to your balance as credit.
Does using a lot of data reduce my refund?
No. The refund depends only on the days left on the plan.
Can I get a refund if a website blocks the address?
Inside the first 24 hours, yes, for any reason. After that the usual prorated credit applies. We do not promise how any website treats an address.
