Terms of Service

Version dated October 10, 2026. These terms are a contract between you and American Mobile Proxies. They apply when you create an account, add money, buy a line or send traffic through a line. We wrote them in short sentences because many of our customers read them in translation. The site is available in 简体中文 and Tiếng Việt, but if a translation and this English text differ, the English text is the one that counts. If anything here is unclear, ask [email protected] before you buy. A person will answer.

1. Who we are

American Mobile Proxies is a proxy service. We own 4G and 5G USB modems, cellular routers and Android phones in New York, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Miami and North Carolina. In each device we place a real SIM card from Verizon, AT&T or T-Mobile. We rent the use of one SIM in one device to one customer at a time. We are not a carrier, we are not a VPN company, and we do not sell shared pools of addresses.

2. What you are buying

When you buy a line you receive, for the period you paid for, the sole use of one carrier SIM in one device that we own. You choose the city, the carrier and the device type at checkout from what is in stock. You receive an HTTP(S) proxy and a SOCKS5 proxy on that device, with UDP supported over SOCKS5. Data is unlimited, subject to section 6. You may change the public IP address as often as you like through the dashboard, a rotation link, the API, a timer or by hand, and you may keep an address for as long as the carrier keeps it assigned. You may move the line to another of our cities at no charge, and the time left on the plan moves with it.

The public address comes from the carrier. It is part of a carrier-grade NAT pool shared with many real phones. The carrier decides when it changes and whether an old address comes back. The carrier also decides how a lookup database places the address on a map; a Verizon address can geolocate a few hundred miles from the device, and Boston AT&T addresses geolocate to New York. Speed depends on the radio signal at the device. 4G lines usually run 20 to 45 Mbps, 5G 50 Mbps and up, but we do not promise a speed at a given moment, a particular address, or any result on a third-party website.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. If you register for a company, you confirm that you may act for it. Your dashboard login, your API key and your proxy username and password are yours to protect. Anything done with them is treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you think they leaked and we will issue new ones. One person may hold one account; if you need more lines, buy more lines on the same account.

4. Prices and payment

Service is prepaid. Current prices are shown at checkout; at the date of these terms a 4G line is $6 a day, $30 a week or $68 a month, a 5G line is $7, $33 or $78, and an hourly test is $2 for the first two hours on 4G and $3 on 5G, up to four hours, never renewing by itself. We accept USDT TRC-20, other crypto, cards, PayPal, Zelle and wire on request. Crypto payments count once the network confirms them; the exact amount shown at checkout must arrive, and network fees are yours. A payment to the wrong network or the wrong coin may be recoverable for a fee or may be lost; write to support before sending if you are not sure.

You may keep money on your account balance and spend it later. A plan with auto-renew on is charged before the new period starts so that the line never stops. We may change prices for future periods; a period you already paid for is never repriced.

5. Late payment

A payment can become late in three ways: an auto-renewal that could not be charged, an invoice that reached its due date, or a balance that fell below zero. When this happens we send you a notice by email and, if you linked it, by Telegram. You have 24 hours from that notice to pay. During those 24 hours nothing changes on your lines.

If the amount is still unpaid after 24 hours, every line on the account is suspended. The SIMs stay reserved for you for a further 24 hours and come back as soon as you pay. If the amount is still unpaid 48 hours after the notice, the lines are forfeited: the SIMs return to stock, they are not held for you any longer, and no credit is given for unused time. We may act sooner than these timings where we see a risk, and we may agree a later date with you in writing before the 48 hours end.

6. Unlimited data and the one limit on it

We do not meter your data and we do not sell gigabytes. Any amount of proxy work is fine: browsing, account management, checks, research, verification, API calls, app traffic, scraping of public pages at a sensible pace. There is one limit. The line is not for bulk file transfer. Using the SIM as a download pipe, a seedbox, a video relay for others, a backup target or a mirror is outside fair use. Such traffic does not look like a phone to the carrier, and the carrier can slow or disconnect the SIM, which hurts you and the next customer. If we see bulk transfer we will write to you first; if it continues we may pause the line, ask you to spread the work, or close the account.

7. What you may and may not do with the line

You may use the line for any lawful purpose that respects the rules of the websites and services you reach through it. Renting an address from us changes the network path of your traffic. It does not give you any right that a website has not given you. Follow each platform's terms, including its rules about accounts, automation and location.

You may not use the line for fraud of any kind, including payment fraud, ad fraud, fake reviews or fake accounts; to attack, scan or flood any network; to send spam; to get around a ban or suspension a platform applied to you; to sit a proctored exam from a false location; to reach content that is illegal in the United States or in your own country; or to resell the line to someone else without our written agreement. Doing any of these ends the account without refund.

8. Abuse reports

We do not read your traffic and we do not keep its contents. We do receive complaints from carriers, websites and authorities about addresses our SIMs used. When a complaint arrives we may look at the connection metadata for the line, ask you what happened, and pause the line until we understand. A complaint that turns out to be your fault may end the account. A complaint that turns out to be wrong costs you nothing, and we add back any time the line was paused.

9. Support and service levels

Support is available 24 hours a day by email at [email protected] and through our Telegram bot @AmericanMobileProxiesBot. We reply in English; you may write in Chinese or Vietnamese and we will do our best. If a line is down because of our hardware or our network, we repair it or move you to another device, and we add the lost time to your plan. Carrier outages, radio conditions and the behaviour of third-party websites are outside our control.

10. Refunds

Refunds are described in the Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. In short: cancel within 24 hours of activation for a full refund; cancel later for a prorated credit for the unused days; credit goes to your account balance and can be paid back to your wallet on request within the first 24 hours.

11. What we do not promise

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty beyond what these terms state, including no warranty that the service fits a particular purpose or that any website will accept your traffic. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost data, lost business, or any ban, penalty or restriction a third party applies to you. Where we are liable, our total liability for all claims in a twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

You agree to cover us against claims by others that arise from your use of the line, from a breach of these terms, or from a breach of the law or of someone's rights.

12. Ending the service

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard or by writing to support. We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, for abuse, for a legal or compliance reason, or where a payment is charged back. Where we can, we warn you first; where the risk is immediate, we may not.

13. Intellectual property

The American Mobile Proxies website, dashboard, API, documentation, name and logo belong to us. You may use them to run the lines you rent. You may not copy them, resell access to them or reverse engineer them without our written permission.

14. Changes, law and language

We may update these terms. The new version is posted on this page with a new date, and using the service after that date means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the US state where our operating company is registered. Before you take a dispute anywhere else, write to support and give us a chance to fix it. The English version of these terms is the binding one; translations are provided for convenience.

Questions

What happens if my renewal fails while I am asleep?

We send a notice, and you have 24 hours to pay. Nothing changes in those 24 hours. After that the lines pause for another 24 hours, and they are forfeited at 48 hours if still unpaid.

Is unlimited data really unlimited?

Yes for proxy work of any volume. The only thing outside fair use is bulk file transfer such as using the SIM as a download pipe or a seedbox.

Can I use the line to get back into a platform that banned me?

No. Evading a ban is forbidden by these terms and by the platform.

Which language version of the terms is binding?

The English version. The Chinese and Vietnamese versions of the site are translations for convenience.
