American ISP Proxies and American Residential Proxies for Buyers Who Live Somewhere Else
You are in Hanoi, Lagos, Shenzhen or Istanbul and you need an address inside the United States that does not move. Our SIMs do that for phone work; this page is about two other ways. American ISP proxies are fixed IPv4 addresses that American carriers and cable companies own, served out of Virginia, that stay the same for the whole month and belong to your order alone. American residential proxies are data by the gigabyte, spent through household connections across the United States, with the same pool reaching 190 or more countries if a job needs a home address outside America too. Both are ordered from any country, paid the way you already pay us, and live within about a minute. Here is how each works, how payment and renewal behave from abroad, and what everything costs in US dollars.
American ISP addresses, fixed for the term
Every row is an IPv4 address owned by the American company named on it and served out of Virginia, with two European rows for buyers who need the United Kingdom or France. The address never rotates and is not shared. Choose the company, how many and how long; the whole order uses one login.
| Static ISP line | Where | Per IP per month | Min. order |
|---|---|---|---|
| AT&T Native | US, Virginia | $4 | 10 IPs |
| AT&T Fresh | US, Virginia | $2.40 | 10 IPs |
| Comcast Native | US, Virginia | $2.40 | 10 IPs |
| Frontier Native | US, Virginia | $2.40 | 10 IPs |
| RCN Fresh | US, Virginia | $2.40 | 10 IPs |
| T-Mobile Legacy | US, Virginia | $2.10 | 10 IPs |
| Orange Fresh | France | $2.40 | 10 IPs |
| DTAG Fresh | United Kingdom | $2.40 | 10 IPs |
| Telus Fresh | Canada | $2.40 | Sold out |

- Login: username and password / IP whitelist / SOCKS5
- One login per order
- Order size: 10 IPs and up
Residential and mobile pool data, by the gigabyte
Buy data, then build proxy lists from it: the United States narrowed to a state, city or ASN, or any of 190 or more countries. Every request can come from a new household, or one household can be kept for up to thirty minutes. The mobile pool card does the same through shared real phones on 4G and 5G.
- 190+ countries
- Target: country, state, city, ASN
- Sticky up to 30 minutes
- Or a new IP per request
- Data never expires
- Top up any time
- Shared 4G and 5G pool
- Target: country, state, city
- Sticky up to 30 minutes
- Data never expires

Why a fixed American address, and why not a VPN
An American store, seller platform or sign-up form looks at where you connect from. A VPN or datacenter range from abroad is the first thing it discounts. An ISP address is owned by a real American broadband or carrier company, so a lookup returns that company as the owner and Virginia as the place. It does not change for the term, so the platform sees the same household day after day.
That fixed quality is the point. Our SIMs give you a phone identity that can rotate when you ask; an ISP address gives you a broadband identity that never does. Different jobs want different ones, and many buyers abroad keep one of each.
The American ISP lines and how an order is built
Six American rows are on sale, from AT&T, T-Mobile, Comcast, Frontier and RCN: AT&T comes as Native and Fresh, T-Mobile as Legacy, the others as one row each. Native addresses have been with their company for a long time, Fresh addresses are newer to the proxy market, and Legacy is the cheapest. For buyers who also need Europe, DTAG rows read as the United Kingdom and Orange rows as France. Telus for Canada is in the list but sold out at present.
An order is ten addresses or more on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly term, with one login shared by all of them: a username and password, a whitelist of the IPs you connect from, or SOCKS5. If you connect from a changing address abroad, the username and password method is the practical one; the whitelist suits a fixed server. Changing the method later issues fresh credentials for every address in the order.
- AT&T, T-Mobile, Comcast, Frontier and RCN addresses, all served out of Virginia
- DTAG (United Kingdom) and Orange (France) for European jobs
- Ten IPs minimum; monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly; one login per order
- Fixed for the whole term; no rotation, no sharing
Paying from outside the United States
Nothing about the payment changes because the product changed. You add funds to your balance in the way that works where you live, USDT TRC-20 and other coins, a bank card, PayPal, or Zelle and wire on request, and the balance pays for ISP and residential orders exactly as it pays for a SIM. Prices are in US dollars and are the same whichever method you use.
Once the balance covers the order, the addresses or the data appear on My Proxies within about a minute, in any time zone. Our Telegram bot carries the same products, in case the website is slow from where you are.
American residential data, and the rest of the world
Residential data is $2 per GB. You buy an amount, and from it you build proxy lists: the United States, narrowed to a state, a city or an ASN if the job wants it, or any other of 190 or more countries, including your own. Rotating lists give each request a different household; sticky lists keep one household for up to thirty minutes. Each line comes as host:port:user:pass, ready for any tool.
Only data you actually send through the lists is counted, the gigabytes never expire, and you can top up whenever you like. Auto top-up is optional and adds a set amount when a tenth or less remains, which is useful when you are asleep while America is awake.
The shared mobile pool, and when the SIM is still the answer
The rotating mobile pool is $10 per GB of 4G and 5G data from many real phones, shared, aimed by country, state or city, with the same sticky and rotating options and the same no-expiry rule as residential data.
It is not one of our dedicated SIMs. The addresses are shared with other customers and cannot be kept beyond thirty minutes. If you need an American phone identity that is yours for a week or a month, the SIM is the right buy; if you need many American mobile addresses for an afternoon, the pool is.
Renewals, reminders and stopping
ISP orders run to the end of their term. Turn on auto-renew and the next month comes from your balance, so an address you depend on from abroad never lapses while you sleep. Leave it off and you get a reminder three days ahead of the end. Extending adds months at the rate you paid. Dropping an ISP order early stops the addresses at once and is not refunded.
Residential and pool data have no end date. Drop a data order within a week of buying it and the unused gigabytes come back to your balance; after that, the data stays until you use it.
Prices in US dollars
AT&T Native is the dearest ISP row at $4 per IP per month and T-Mobile Legacy the cheapest at $2.10; the other American rows and both European rows are $2.40 per IP per month. Ten addresses for a month, the smallest ISP order, therefore costs between $21 and $40 depending on the row you choose.
Residential data is $2 per GB and mobile pool data is $10 per GB. For comparison, an American 4G SIM from us is $6 a day, $30 a week or $68 a month, and a 5G SIM is $7, $33 or $78, with unlimited data; whichever currency you started with, the dollar figure is what is charged.
American ISP and residential proxies from abroad: questions
Can I buy American ISP proxies if I am not in the United States?
Yes. Order from any country, fund your balance in USDT TRC-20, another coin, a card or PayPal, and the addresses appear on My Proxies within about a minute.
Where in America are the ISP addresses?
In Virginia, on racks serving fixed addresses owned by AT&T, T-Mobile, Comcast, Frontier or RCN. They are identified by company, not by city. For a specific US city, use one of our SIMs there.
Which login should I use from abroad?
A username and password works from any connection and is the usual choice. An IP whitelist suits a server with a fixed address. SOCKS5 is there for tools that want it. One login covers the whole order.
Is there a minimum ISP order?
Ten addresses for one month. Between $21 and $40 for that month, since the ISP rows run from $2.10 to $4 per IP per month.
Can residential data give me addresses in my own country as well as American ones?
Yes. The pool reaches 190 or more countries. Build one list for the United States, narrowed to a state or city, and another for anywhere else, all from one order.
Is the mobile pool the same as an American SIM from you?
No. The pool is $10 per GB of 4G and 5G data from many phones, shared. A SIM is one device dedicated to you with unlimited data. Pool for volume, SIM for an identity you keep.
What if I stop using an order?
ISP orders stop at once when dropped and are not refunded. Residential or pool data dropped within a week gives the unused gigabytes back to your balance; later than that, the data simply stays yours.
Does the price change with my payment method or currency?
No. Every price is in US dollars and is the same whether you pay in USDT TRC-20, another coin, a card or PayPal.
